Ambulyn is a patient-controlled personal health record platform. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, and your rights. This policy covers the Ambulyn waitlist and marketing website only. The full platform privacy notice will be published prior to launch.

What we collect on this site

  • Email address (required to join the waitlist)
  • Name — first and last (optional, if you choose to provide it)
  • Whether you are a patient, provider, or other (optional)
  • Standard web server logs — browser type, page visited, timestamp, and a hashed (non-reversible) IP address for security purposes

How we use it

  • To notify you when Ambulyn early access opens
  • To understand our waitlist composition for product development
  • To respond to contact inquiries

What we do not do

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes
  • We do not use your email for any purpose other than Ambulyn communications
  • We do not collect any health information on this website

Data storage

Waitlist data is stored on a secured private server. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to the Ambulyn founding team.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your waitlist entry at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will remove your data within 7 days of a verified request.

Changes to this policy

We will post any material changes to this page and update the effective date. We will not retroactively apply material changes to data collected under a prior policy without your consent.
